Schrey & Veit GmbH takes part in this year’s „Tag der Schiene”
The „Tag der Schiene” (Rail Day) is an annual, nationwide day of action to highlight the diversity, future orientation and climate friendliness of the rail industry. To this end, events will be held throughout Germany from September 15 to 17, 2023: Companies will open their factory gates and show the diverse professions and fields of work, railroads will offer special rides, clubs and associations will provide information and hold discussions, and construction sites can be visited. Across the country, people of all ages celebrate station festivals, go to exhibitions and enjoy “railroad culture”.
Prominent personalities from the worlds of politics, business and culture discuss the future of rail transportation. Companies provide insights into the services and benefits of freight transport by rail. The “Tag der Schiene” is aimed at everyone in Germany: young and old, people interested in a career as well as families, people interested in technology and climate protection, citizens who want to promote sustainable mobility in their community as well as rail enthusiasts and those who want to become one.
